Silverplated 1970's Butterfly Trivet

This sweet butterfly shaped trivet is vintage from the 1970's, and was made in Italy by a company called Leonard Silver. It is silver plated, with four plastic/rubber nonslip feet. The trivet measures about 10 by 7 inches. It is in great vintage/used condition, with no dents or damage. The surface does show some wear and distress, with a few rough spots and light scratches. Some tarnish, mostly on the bottom. Please look carefully at photos for more info on condition. This little trivet has a sweet personality and will bring some whimsy to your kitchen! WWII Era Silver Plated Trinket Box

*SOLD* This sweet little box features a deep blue lid with a crown design. It is marked on the bottom as silver plate, and was made in occupied Japan. Japan was occupied by the US after WWII, so I believe this was made in the 1940's. It has four ornate little feet, as well as floral motif on all four sides of the box. The inside is tarnished but clean, with signs that there had been a sticker inside the lid that probably would have told us the manufacturer. The box measures 3 inches by 3 1/2 inches rectangle, and stands about 1 1/2 inches high. The box is in great vintage/used condition considering that it is probably close to 80 years old! There are no chips, cracks, or other damage to the piece. The blue enamel or paint on the cover is worn through in a couple of places. The hinge works great. The box was not made with any latching mechanism to keep it closed. Overall a beautiful little box with a long history!

Vintage Copper Basket with Brass Handle

*SOLD!* This sweet copper basket has a swiveling brass handle. It has a bright shiny patina, with a hammered texture on the outside and an inverted hammered (almost snakeskin) texture on the inside. The basket measures 3 inches tall (about 8 inches tall with the handle upright), and measures 8 inches in diameter. This copper basket could be used for flowers, garden harvesting, or as a planter for a houseplant. It could also be a serving bowl or catchall. It is in great vintage/used condition, with no chips, cracks, dents, or other damage. The hinge on the handle is quite stiff (did you see me trying to fold it down with one hand in the video?!?) and stands up sturdily. I polished up the basket and it got much brighter and shinier, but there are still some dark areas (particularly on the inside bottom). Please look carefully at photos for condition. A couple of the photos show dark reflections, but I assure you, the outer bell of the bowl is just really shiny - and it is definitely copper colored, not black! A very versatile and charming little piece of vintage copper.

Cottagecore Geese with Kerchiefs Wall Organizer

*SOLD* This sweet vintage wall organizer has two compartments to organize your papers, bills, mail, or recipes, as well as 3 key hooks along the bottom to keep track of your keys. It is made of blue picket-style wood with a distressed, shabby finish. The geese attached to the front of each compartment are wearing polka-dot kerchiefs - could anything possibly be more cottagecore?! This organizer has two metal hooks on the top corners for hanging, as well as a cutout heart decoration along the top. It measures 14 inches high and 6 inches across. This item is in great vintage/used condition, with no chips, cracks, or other damage. It has some slight wear along some edges as well as some light scratches that are due to normal wear and tear and the age of the item. Please look at photos for details. All of the light wear fits in pretty well with the intentionally distressed blue paintjob. This is a unique decorative organizer that would look great in a country or farmhouse style kitchen or office. So adorable! You can purchase this wall organizer now at www.ecoquirky.com

Brightly Striped Ceramic Sugar Bowl

*SOLD* This adorable little ceramic container was probably originally a sugar bowl, but would work to store or organize any number of things! It is primarily red with other bright colored stripes including blues and yellows. The bowl measures 4 3/4 inches tall with the lid on, and is about 4 inches in diameter. The lid fits well but doesn't seal airtight and doesn't have an mechanism to latch into place. It doesn't contain any stickers or stamps to say when or where it was made. This container is in great vintage/used condition, with no chips, cracks, or other damage. It has a bright, shiny over-glaze, and the colored glazes underneath faintly show the brush strokes from when it was painted, which is so pretty! This bowl only shows wear on the bottom, where there is a bit of scuffing from normal use, but no scratches that I can see. Please look at photos for more information. This unique little container would make a great gift for someone who loves rainbows! You can purchase this striped sugar bowl now at www.ecoquirky.com

Decorative Red Metal Film Reel

*SOLD* This decorative film reel would look great in your home theater! It has a distressed red paint job, and measures 16 inches in diameter. On the back it has a sturdy metal loop for hanging, as well as two raised padded feet that protect your wall and also act as spacers to make sure your reel hangs straight. It sticks out just over an inch from the wall. This item is in great used condition, with no cracks, dents, or other damage. It does have some light scratching from age and normal use, but the distressed finish makes these nearly impossible to see. The darkest scratches are on the backside of the film reel. Overall, a wonderful and unique way to decorate your movie room or man cave. Would also make a fun gift for your favorite cinephile!

Small Metallic Round Bud Vase

*SOLD!* This sweet little bud vase is a perfect sphere with a very small opening, and has a super unique glazing that looks like a combination of coppery metallic finish with a swirly, squiggly overlay of reds, pinks, and light blues that all have black outlines. As I've been cleaning it and inspecting it for damage, I'm realizing that it changes in different light, and it's hard to see, much less to photograph. I think the squiggles are semi-transparent, so that the light affects your ability to see different colors, and the underlayers show through. This vase is about 5 inches in diameter all the way around, with about a 1 inch opening. See photos for condition. I don't see any damage to this vase, no chips, cracks, or other damage. It has a few bumps in the glaze that are original. The edge of the opening and the foot are in good shape. What a cool ceramic vase! You can purchase this small bud vase now at www.ecoquirky.com
