Vintage Hummel Jewelry Box Music Box

*SOLD* This gorgeous little box is a combination jewelry box and music box. It has Swiss movement by Cuendet that plays Lara's Theme from Dr. Zhivago (so I assume it is from the mid-1960's, since that movie came out in 1965), and it has a pin that makes the music start playing when the right side of the lid is opened, and stop when it closes. The music box works perfectly!

The box itself is about 7 x 4 inches, and has two Hummel images on the lids. There is a little boy on the right and a little girl on the left, and they are both sitting on fences - there are black birds (crows? ravens?) in both images. The inside of the box has two compartments that are lined in red velvet. The right side is shallower because of the music box underneath it. This box has a lovely rounded shape and sweet pointed feet. It is in great vintage condition, with no chips, cracks, or other damage that I can see. The wood is beautiful and glossy, with only a few tiny scratches and scuffs. The velvet is a little worn inside, but not damaged. Amazing condition for its age! Scalloped Silver Serving Dish

*SOLD!* This beautiful silver dish features 3 sections and deep scalloping with a central curved decorative handle. It was manufactured by Lunt Silver in New England, USA sometime in the midcentury. It has a stylized leaf shape and a beautiful midcentury aesthetic to it, and it is in wonderful vintage/used condition, with no chips, cracks, dents, or other damage. It has some very light scuffing and a couple of light scratches on the handle - not bad for being over 50 years old! I polished it up, and the finish looks great, in awesome condition with a beautiful lustre.

Atomic Copper Teapot

This rustic copper tea kettle has a cool atomic shape and a gold spout. The handle is also gold metal with a black wood handle. This teapot measures about 4 inches high (7 with the handle up) and is about 9 inches wide including the spout. This is marked on the bottom with Coppercraft Guild. This teapot would look great with a flower bouquet in it, or in a country/farmhouse kitchen. It is in good vintage/used condition, with some wear and spots on the finish. No dents or cracks. White Ceramic 5-Piece Sake Set

*SOLD* This plain and simple sake set contains five matching pieces: 4 cups and one decanter with spout. This set has a beautiful minimalist aesthetic, and is make of white ceramic. The decanter measures just over 5 inches high, and each cup measures about 2 inches high. This set is in great vintage/used condition, with no chips, cracks, discoloration, or other damage. The only signs of wear that I can see are on the bottoms, on the ring of unglazed ceramic there are some scuff marks and one cup has a dark rough spot on the foot - normal wear for a used item. Vintage Monkey Pod Carved Shell Serving Tray

*SOLD* This beautifully carved large wood serving tray or platter has a graceful scalloped edge shape. It says Monkey Pod on the back. I have polished it up with a food grade wood cutting board conditioner, and the color and grain are gorgeous! This platter would be perfect for serving cheese and crackers, fruit, salad, or charcuterie. It measures 13 by 9 inches, quite large, but the wood is lightweight.

This serving tray is in great vintage/used condition, with no chips or cracks in the wood, and no other visible damage. There are a couple of scuffs and very light scratches on the underside of the dish, which are normal wear for a vintage piece. Please look at photos to see condition. Frog and Turtle Tealight Holders

*SOLD!* This pair of small ceramic animals are made of lightweight, rough textured ceramic (it feels like unglazed ceramic). I think they are lightweight because they are hollow (see photo of hole in bottoms). The frog has a bumpy texture and the turtle has a beautiful geometric texture on its shell. These are so cute, and fit tealights in their backs. Each animal measures 2 inches tall and about 5 inches long. Tealights not included.

These are in great vintage/used condition, with no chips, cracks, or other damage. Their rustic, weathered appearance is intentional. When you look at them in the light, the dark gray color is actually kind of metallic, almost coppery. These are very pretty little tealights!

Vintage Ruffled Pink Glass Dish with Center Handle

This lovely vintage pressed glass is made of pink glass that is smooth on the ruffled plate and slightly textured on the center handle. This dish measures about 3 1/2 inches tall at the center point, and 7 inches in diameter. It has a very feminine, flower-like shape, with a vaguely art deco handle. Silver Plated Footed Creamer with Lid

This little pot could either be a small teapot or a large creamer, but either way it is stamped Silver On Copper on the bottom, so it's silver plated. The pot measures 4 inches high, about 5 1/2 inches with the lid on. It is about 6 inches long from spout to the end of the handle. This little pot is in great used/vintage condition, with no cracks or dents. It has some scratching in various places, but overall the finish looks great. There is some tarnish, especially in the ornate details of the handle and feet. There are a couple of dark spots inside the pot and a couple of small dings on the spout. I have no idea how old it is or who made it. It is heavy and nice, probably heirloom, quality, and has a beautiful shine!

Avocado Green Glass Leaf Trinket Dish

Large Cobalt Blue Swirled Indiana Glass Vase

 

This gorgeous cobalt blue vase has a nearly 3 inch opening, large enough for nice full flower arrangements. It has a swirl pattern in the glass, which concentrates the deep cobalt blue color at the bottom, and makes it gently lighten towards the top - it's subtle and beautiful! I believe this was made by Indiana Glass Co, as they make vases with a similar swirl, although this one does not have its original sticker. This vase measures just over 7 inches high and has a 5 inch diameter at its widest. It is in good vintage/used condition, with no chips or cracks or other damage. This vase barely shows any wear at all, maybe the tiniest bit of scuffing from normal use, but it is almost flawless. This pair of fine lead cut crystal candlestick taper candleholders features crystal tops and bottoms, with a silver riser in between. Manufactured by Shannon Crystal in Ireland. The taller candleholder is 11 1/2 inches tall and the shorter one is 9 1/2 inches tall. Rough Hewn Wooden Mortar and Pestle

*SOLD* This gorgeous mortar and pestle is a vintage/used item that I have cleaned up, polished with food safe wax-based cutting board conditioner, and blessed and charged with reiki energy by me. It is all ready to you to use either in your kitchen or in your ritual. It is a deep, dark, semi-soft wood with lots of grain, knots and imperfections, very hand-wrought looking, but also smooth and a very pleasing shape. I don't know who made this, but when I hold it in my hands, I know that it wants to do good in the world. It is quite large - the mortar is 6 inches high and the pestle is almost 7 inches long. Wooden Necklace and Jewelry Organizer with Butterfly Design

*SOLD* This beautiful vintage jewelry organizer is made of wood with a decorative glass door. The design on the door is raised and features white flowers and a white butterfly. The box is painted wood, with an almost white, off-white color. This box features a gold spinning necklace holder on top, with ring storage and two small sections on the bottom. The inside of the box is lined in soft light pink velvety material, with a mirror on the back side of the box. This box measures 10 inches high and not quite 5 inches deep.

This necklace organizer is in wonderful vintage/used condition. Considering that this item is probably from the 1980's it shows very little wear. There are some small scratches and scuffing on the exterior of the box, but overall the paint looks amazing. The inside of the box has no damage whatsoever, and the door hinges and pull are in great working condition. The door closes with a magnet that is very sturdy and keeps the door closed. The necklace hanger spins well and is sturdy. There are four small green velvety no-slip circle pads on the bottom of the box. This is a beautiful jewelry organizer!
