*SOLD* This beautiful large serving bowl by Julia Knight has a wide and shallow shape, standing just over 3 inches high and measuring about 13 inches in diameter. It would make a wonderful centerpiece bowl, fruit bowl, or salad serving bowl. The outside is a richly colored mango wood, and the inside of the bowl has a capiz shell-like texture. Though it looks like overlapping shell, the inside of the bowl has a gloss varnish over it that is a smooth texture - no deep ridges or layers that you can feel. This beautiful bowl is in great but not perfect vintage/used condition, with no cracks chips or other damage, but with some imperfections like light scratches and scuffs, particularly on the bottom. I would say normal wear for a used item. Please look carefully at the photos and video to see more information about the appearance and condition of this item. What a gorgeous and simply unique bowl!
