This beautiful mirror has a distressed gold frame that features scrollwork spirals. It measures just over 16" in diameter with the frame, and the glass itself measures about 8 3/4" in diameter. The mirror is held firmly inside the frame, and the frame is sturdy in spite of looking rather delicate. There is a sturdy back on it that is made of some kind of composite material that is thicker than paperboard, and there is a screw hanger integrated into the frame that is visible when hanging. No makers mark or sticker to say when or where it was made. This frame is in good but not perfect vintage/used condition, with no chips, cracks, or other damage. However, there are some slight signs of wear like very minute scratches and scuffs in multiple places. There are a couple of extremely tiny scratches on the glass, but it doesn't have any of the fog or black spots that mirrors develop with age. Please look at photos and video to see more information about the appearance and condition of this item - I have taken close-ups of the the scuffing/scratching on the frame to show it clearly. This really is a gorgeous and unique vintage mirror!
