This pair of mismatched earrings features linked silver rings (reclaimed and upcycled!) on one ear, and one of our hand-cut bicycle inner tube feathers on the other. These black raven feathers are cruelty-free, but are cut to mimic the look and movement of real feathers. Every single material in these earrings except the ear wire is recycled and repurposed. For hygiene, we use brand new, unused ear wire which is nickel-free.
Each feather measures about 3 1/2 inches long, and the interlinked circles earring measures about 2 1/2. The largest metal ring measures just over 1 inch in diameter. All of the repurposed metal rings have a weathered, imperfect patina. One of the weathered silver links is also used on the feather earring to visually marry the two asymmetrical earrings.
All the earrings that we sell in our Etsy store are made by hand by us using vegan materials, and are therefore all sweatshop and cruelty free. Made in Minnesota, USA.
